At AF Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for details.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, and promotional items, may not be eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used makeup and skincare products.
  • Products without their original packaging or tampered seals.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@afcosmetics.pk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, you can return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@afcosmetics.pk to request a cancellation.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
